Ms. Boswell is admitted in Florida, Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming and practices in the areas of Equine and Animal Law, Landlord/Tenant matters, contract drafting, review, and enforcement, and civil litigation. She earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center where she was a staff member of the International Citator and Research Guide, the first comprehensive international research and legal citation manual. Ms. Boswell's interest in Animal Law in general and Equine Law in particular lead her to author an article on horse slaughter legislation that was later published in the Florida Bar's Animal Law Committee Newsletter. She also co-authored articles on Florida veterinary medicine laws that were published in The International Equine Veterinarian, a veterinary trade publication.

Ms. Boswell is a life-long equestrian and a member of the Florida Bar's Animal Law Section.

Ms. Boswell and her husband, prominent equine veterinarian Rob Boswell, have been residents of Wellington, Florida, "The Winter Equestrian Capital of the World," for over 26 years and are proud to call Wellington home!
